Mint vanilla chocolate frosting recipe
When asked what kind of birthday cake he wanted, Gavyn’s specifications were that the frosting should be “green”. Tia doesn’t like pistachio, and nobody particularly wanted key lime, so we decided that the most appropriate flavor for green icing on chocolate cake should be mint.

Squash Bonanza
I am sitting here staring at almost 15 pounds of squash, donated by various squash fairies. I am about to bake up a huge squash casserole that should feed us for a few days. I guess I’ll need to freeze or can the rest. Anybody have any squash recipes they want to share?
