I have spent the day prepping tommorrow’s Christmas dinner. We’re having poached pears, bacon-wrapped scallops, and baked brie for hor d’ uerves (sp?), cream of onion soup, roast lamb with a prune and cognac stuffing, fried asparagus with lobster meat, cranberry maple glazed carrots, and a fruit cake for dessert.
