Mescado has returned to his owner. He was supposed to stay with us for a year, but he had a severe case of separation anxiety that seemed to be getting worse with time. We tried sedation and it didn’t help. After two weeks we all concurred that he just wasn’t going to be able to adjust. He was big and beautiful and I miss him, but he is happier where he is now.
